We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector. This position is responsible for performing a variety of very complex and detailed inspections in support of Production, Manufacturing, Engineering, and engineering projects up to and including aircraft certification.  This individual will perform diverse and difficult visual, mechanical and functional inspections on detail parts, sub-assemblies, installations, aircraft systems and completed aircraft. These inspections may include, but are not limited to dimensional measuring, systems checks, mechanical checks, testing, calibration, function tests, cosmetic appearance, and documentation of acceptance or rejection of components/systems.

Minimum three years of experience as a Quality Inspector or equivalent position (i.e. Delegated Inspection), performing quality inspections in a manufacturing/production environment. Three to five years of aircraft manufacturing experience strongly preferred. Must have extensive knowledge and understanding of all aspects of quality and aircraft manufacturing/production. Must have knowledge of and experience in using Precision Measuring Equipment (PME). Must have a high degree of mechanical aptitude and attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and thoroughly in a production environment. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite and have excellent communication skills. The right individual will have a high degree of integrity, be team-oriented, dependable, trustworthy, and present self with professionalism.

Developer / Analyst

We are seeking a Developer/Analyst to join our Information Technology team.  This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining internal business applications and databases.  Design duties include analyzing business requirements, gathering end-user input, and offering solutions.  Development duties include coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining applications critical to the day-to-day operation of the company.  Development may include programming for desktop, mobile, and web platforms.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain corporate website.
  • Participate in design meetings and analyze company’s internal technology needs.
  • Integrate databases with other information systems and perform configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning and maintenance.
  • Write, design, test and support complex software programs that are run on internal systems.
  • Provide technical support for internal and external users of IT applications.
  • Contribute to training manuals or instructions for employees.
  • Work as part of a team to improve coding techniques and improve problem-solving skills as individuals.
  • Other related duties as assigned by IT Management.

 

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required.
  • Minimum 3 years experience software development required.
  • Experience with MS SQL Server and MySQL databases preferred.
  • Experience with PHP and C# development languages preferred.
  • Experience with WordPress preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in various forms and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Aircraft Maintenance Assistant / Driver[+] READ MORE

Aircraft Maintenance Assistant / Driver

We are seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Assistant/Driver to join our team. This is a multi-role position that requires a diverse skill set and will be responsible for providing support to several company functions such as Aircraft Delivery, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Client and Executive Transportation. Duties include washing, detailing and performing maintenance, repairs, and supervised inspections of various KODIAK 100 aircraft; driving a company vehicle to the Spokane airport to transport clientele and members of the executive team; and picking up and delivering parts between Spokane, Sandpoint and Bonners Ferry, as necessary.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive a company delivery vehicle (e.g. box van) to pick up parts as needed.
  • Drive a company vehicle (e.g. van or suburban) to pick up guests or take guests to the Spokane Airport at various hours of the day, night, and occasionally on weekends.
  • Assist with moving aircraft in support of aircraft storage and delivery.
  • Wash and detail aircraft interior and exterior in preparation for aircraft delivery.
  • Understand the parts acquisition procedure in order to track and obtain parts needed for maintenance.
  • Perform other tasks as requested and needed by team lead/manager.
  • Perform routine cleaning, inspection and preventive maintenance on vehicles and report repairs needed to supervisor.
  • Maintain and clean vehicles.

 

Position Requirements:

Preference will be given to applicants with an FAA A&P License. Minimum 1 year experience with aircraft and/or aircraft operations is required.  Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet Explorer. Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, thorough knowledge of traffic laws, and be able to safely drive various vehicles. Commercial Driver’s License preferred. A DMV background check will be required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to be sensitive to, and professionally manage, cultural differences and social norms required. The successful candidate will be team oriented, dependable, trustworthy, and present self with professionalism.
