Technical Marketing Administrator[+] READ MORE

We are seeking a Technical Marketing Administrator to join our team in Sandpoint, Idaho! This position will be responsible for providing a world-class customer service experience by developing sales and marketing tools, providing pre- and post- delivery customer support, providing dealer support, and supporting customer experience activities and aviation tradeshows. Some of the duties include conducting technical briefs and training for customers and dealers; performing demonstration flights and factory tours; conducting aircraft familiarization walk-arounds and acceptance flights; assisting in aircraft delivery activities; developing and presenting company and product overviews; maintaining aircraft specification lists; updating standard and optional equipment lists; conducting market analysis; and developing prospect lists.

Qualifications:

Must have a bachelor’s degree and 10 years minimum related experience. Commercial Pilot License with Instrument Airplane rating required. Certified Flight Instructor Instrument rating preferred. Must be able to travel domestically and internationally frequently, as business needs require.  The successful candidate will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills; be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; possess excellent presentation skills; and have the ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical documents in written or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. This position reports to the VP of Finance and Administration and serves on the senior management team.

The HR Manager provides overall HR leadership to the organization; utilizes data and metrics to lead, support and drive business decisions; and is responsible for managing the development and implementation of policies, programs, and services, to include: recruitment and staffing, organizational planning, performance management, employee development and training, legal and regulatory compliance, employee benefits and compensation, employee relations, employment practices and procedures, and employee safety and welfare.

Qualifications:

  • Must have 7-10 years of progressive Human Resources management experience, including 5 years of supervisory experience. Experience must include hands-on responsibility for the full scope of human resources activities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field from an accredited college or university is preferred.
  • Certification as Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) highly desirable.
  • Experience in Performance Management, Talent Management, Leadership Development is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills required.
