We are seeking a Customer Account Manager who will report to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and will be responsible for the daily Sales and Marketing activities at our headquarters in Sandpoint, Idaho. This will include management of the on-site Sales and Marketing staff. The primary role is to manage current customer contracts through their full execution, including all coordination needed between the business units and our customers. The Customer Account Manager will gather and provide data necessary to complete each aircraft contract, which includes coordinating the collection of payments per the agreed terms of the Aircraft Sales Agreements.


Other duties include creating and analyzing sales-related reporting information in order to accurately and effectively communicate with the Senior Leadership Team; delivering sales presentations; working with Fleet and Government agencies; developing and nurturing strong, long lasting customer relationships; and working with senior managers to grow, strengthen and improve Quest’s position in the industry. The successful candidate will uphold Quest’s vision, mission and values and assure world-class customer service.


Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10 years minimum related Sales and Marketing experience required; industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Personnel management experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills required.
  • Must be able to travel.
