Labor expended in isolating a fault or failure will only be considered for warranty reimbursement when Quest has given pre-approval or it has been completed at the request of, and as advised by Quest Technical Support. For repair or replacement eligibility to be considered for warranty reimbursement, pre-approval must be obtained from Quest prior to commencement of work. (NOTE: Mandatory KODIAK® Service Bulletins contain warranty eligibility information and do not require pre-approval.)
