Support of the KODIAK 100 is our top priority. As the Original Equipment Manufacturer, Quest Aircraft, and its worldwide network of service providers, has the knowledge and expertise to supply comprehensive service and support.

Quest Customer Service is available during our normal business hours, Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Pacific Standard Time.

Order/Shipping Cut-off Times

Every effort will be made to same-day ship in-stock items for orders received by 3:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Orders for in-stock items received after 12:00 PM PST will be processed for shipment the following business day. Additional preparation may be needed for international shipments. Aftermarket Options

Quest Customer Service offers aftermarket options for purchase and installation on your KODIAK 100. Some of the options currently available include:

  • External Baggage Compartment (Quest Installed)
  • TKS Ice Protection (Quest Installed)

Service

Quest Customer Service performs aircraft warranty maintenance, and offers cost effective service for routine maintenance, inspections, repairs and upgrades. The repair and modification of products to the latest configurations using the most up-to-date procedures, test equipment and engineering is available upon request.
